The client approached us with a vision to reimagine their home — to create a space that could grow with their family while elevating the overall functionality and design. New Loft Conversion

We delivered a large-scale dormer conversion, adding two generous double bedrooms and a beautifully appointed bathroom The space was designed with comfort and style in mind — flooded with natural light and finished with premium materials throughout. The result is a tranquil and spacious upper level that integrates seamlessly with the rest of the home.

‍New House Extension

To the rear, we constructed a significant single-storey extension to house an open-plan kitchen and dining space — the new heart of the home. Framed by expansive glazed doors that open onto the garden, the extension offers a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The design prioritises natural light, flow, and family living, while showcasing high-end finishes and bespoke detailing.

New Internal Renovations

The transformation continued throughout the existingstructure with a complete internal overhaul. This included new ceilings,bespoke staircases, reconfigured layouts, luxury bathrooms, and a purpose-builtutility room. Every element was meticulously planned and executed to enhancethe overall functionality and aesthetic, ensuring cohesion across the entireproperty.
